First I have to thank god I got my car after repair within 3days which is highly appreciated to Ms. Lolitta who is handled. I have to thank Mr. Yoga the security person allow me to drop my car night time. Very good quality of work. Staffs also very cooperation. I thought my car will get after a week, but I got within 3days. Thank u .

Recently bought our first home through Luv2Sell. Matt and Andrea were brilliant throughout and couldn't do enough to help. Even after completion, when we had a leak, Matt revisited and helped us to resolve quickly without having to dispute with the vendors. Would definitely recommend to anyone and I'm sure that if we come to sell in the future, we will be using Luv2Sell.

It is hard to put into words how grateful me and my family are for the help and advice that Luv2Sell have given us during the sale of our house as well as the purchase of our new one.

They are among the nicest people that you can wish to have on your side during what can be an amazingly stressful time.

We highly recommend Andrea & Matt (Luv2Sell)! They have been our letting agents in the capacity of Luv2Let and have always done a great job for us. They are currently helping us to sell our portfolio of properties and have just got a terraced property and a luxury apartment "over the line" for us! Couldn't be more pleased with their sterling performance. Communication is always great and they keep us informed at every step of the way and liaise fully with the purchasers to ensure we know where we are up to at all stages of the process. Excellent service which comes at a very reasonable price as well! ????

Matthew and Andrea were a pleasure to deal with. They were extremely professional and the service they gave us in selling our house was first class. They kept us updated through every stage of the process and gave us honest guidance when we needed it. I would recommend to anyone looking to sell. They are not flashy or pushy, there are no glossy brochures or fake promises, they just worked really hard to get us a serious buyer and charged us a very competitive fee. Thank you both.

I have recently sold my home of 24 years through luv2sell. I was advised by others to use a big estate agent who could cast the net wider which makes no sense as most people search on the online property portals that luv2sell use. Luv2sell were less expensive and considerably more attentive. There is no upfront fee as with some online estate agents who take their money and disengage. Andrea provided a realistic valuation and I sold within the first week. I was treated as a valued customer throughout the whole process - right through to completion. Matt conducted all viewings and was friendly, responsible and highly proactive. Luv2sell also have excellent relationships with local surveyors and solicitors to progress the sale. I would highly recommend luv2sell and I am 100% certain that I made the right decision. Thank you luv2sell ????????

I very recently sold my terraced property very quickly with Luv2sell, I cannot recommend Matthew & Andrea enough, from valuation, finding a buyer(within days) to completion it was absolutely stress free,. Their professional ism is second to none, give Luv2sell a chance to sell your property and you will not be disappointed.

Just sold our property with Matt and Love to sell. I cannot recommend Matt enough. He is forever going above and beyond...they are also very reasonably priced.
.if anyone is looking for an estate agent then I d 100% recommend love to sell..

From start to finish I cannot fault Luv2Sell. Matt went completely above and beyond for me, nothing was ever too much trouble. Buying and selling a property on your own is such a daunting process but Matt made it as easy as he could me for, helped me with absolutely everything, even down to printing paperwork off for solicitors. I cannot thank you enough and will be forever grateful for all your help. Would highly recommend with buying, selling or both!
