Was only picking up a prescription
But found out when I got there they Shuts for a hour at 1 but actually shuts at 12.45 and won't let anyone else in. Which I understand if one person was on and needs to go for lunch but all 4 at the same time is just bad time management. Also seems like the times they shut for lunch changes as have seen other reviews saying it shuts at 12 not 1.

The website noted a product was in stock in the store which was incorrect. Having specifically travelled to the store to then be told the stock sold out last December was very disappointing. Until issues as important as this are rectified it is a bad example of how to present an image of an efficient business and provide requisite customer service.

Closed between 12 and 1pm. Great shop, also where I get my prescriptions and the staff are always very friendly and helpful even when at times during covid they will have been pushed beyond their limits.

Boots always looks sad; shelves are often half full. Staff however, are lovely and always happy to help.

Sandra and the North Berwick Boots' staff are an exemplary team, always friendly, patient, knowledgeable and kind, and make a real effort to try and sort out anything you need help with.
