A hidden gem I would say. A very nice and hygienic beauty parlour. Staff were very friendly and very good in their work. I took eye brows and haircut, they did an excellent job. Prices are moderate too. I would really visit here again

Every time I go, I get consistent.
Easy appointments and talented employees! I was thrilled with my eyebrow threading by SUJITHA.

I had a keratin treatment which is done by MAYA, she spent the time fixing every detail of my hair until it was perfect. She’s so skilled and so sweet.I love how my hair came out!

Highly recommend!

Today I did a package of 5 services from Awesome salon. Facial, hair spa, root colouring , pedicure and manicure. My technician was Sapna. Her services was excellent. Specially her message during Facial and Hair spa was very soothing. Highly recommended.

Well probably the services are really good...but I could even get to the services. I went here around noon time one day and the staff were busy chut chatting about me and fortunately I could understand what they were saying. I got only one of the services done, while I had signed up for 3, because this was annoying. I came here post reading the reviews, but it's actually atleast 1.5X the cost of the other salons around (I know this because I went around looking for other parlours cause I could not get my job done here).

Probably for basic services like waxing and threading, I would recommend not to go here. Maybe their other services are so good(aging going by reviews below) that the customers can overlook the yapping.

I got highlights done here and it came out really good... Was very satisfied with the service provided. Also the ambience is good and the staff too is nice. They did what I wanted to do with my hair and not pressuring me with their opinion.
All and a good experience thank you girls.

I’ve never had a long wait here. It can get overcrowded, but generally stays within the limits. Staff are all helpful and nice. Outpatients appointments are particularly efficient. Princess Royal also has some equipment for checking cancer and other ailments that is not widely available elsewhere in the southeast

Big thank you to all of you amazing people who assisted us during our stay at Princess Royal and helped to deliver our baby girl via Csection. It's been now 3 weeks since we got home and we still can't get over the fact how well you all looked after us and how beautiful the whole experience was. So big thank you to all of you doctors,midwifes and nurses. Lots of love from all 3 of us xxxx

The phlebotomy department opens just after 8.30am since around November 2022, you need to call and make an appointment. Parking not too bad but not all machines work so can be a challenge

I had a very positive experience at Princess Royal throughout my pregnancy, during the birth and postnatally. The care my baby and I received was brilliant and I can’t think of anything they could have done better. The care we received played a huge part in my recovery and being able to care for and bond with my baby. A far more positive experience than with my first born at a different hospital. I would highly recommend the hospital to anyone for their maternity care. I may even go back for another….

I have had a c-section at the hospital 1 week ago and can not thank the staff doing my c-section enough. I have praised them to everybody I know. Charlie the anaesthesist was fantastic, calm, patient and ensured to check on me all the time talking everything through with me, then a special mention to Paul who I would refer to as client relationship (although this was not his job title) he ensured me and my husband were updated with what is happened by telling us during the c-section, answering queries and doing a dry run of how to do my spine for the injection to ensure I was not scared, he was simply wonderful and then a special thanks to Mr ‘’Manchester” I call him now as I didn’t catch his name but he will know who I mean, also of course a huge thank you to the surgeon and the supporting staff.

On the ward the midwife’s were very supportive and helpful unfortunately I had to use the buzzer a lot of times as my baby was unsettled and I couldn’t pick him up and feed him but they always came swiftly and supported me.

I also liked how they encouraged you to get up after 6 hrs etc. and having the breakfast as a help your own option suited me well.

Thanks to all the amazing maternity ward staff and surgery staff I had at my c-section you truly are superstars!

On Friday I visit the hospital with my son with chronic stomach pain . This was the. 4th time in the last 2.5 months. The first think the Dr say to us is that sometimes there is no physical explanation for the pain . From the beginning he concentrated on my sons metal healthy not on his stomach. Send us home with a medication I had to beg for . No empathy at all. After my son deteriorated yesterday we decided to take him to another hospital. Where he was look at has a patient in pain not a mental health patients .

Absolutely so thankful for all the staff in this hospital yesterday ???? felt really poorly for 4 days didn't know what was wrong after blood tests and a urine sample my problem was diagnosed and I now have antibiotics to help clear this up, I am now registered with this hospital. Thank you all so much ❤️
