My utmost satisfaction and appreciation for my stay at the Ayla Bawadi Hotel and Mall back 2018. Although it has been some time since my visit, the memories of my stay at your hotel remain vivid in my mind. From the moment I walked into the hotel lobby, I was greeted by your warm and friendly staff, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Their professionalism and attentive service truly left a lasting impression on me. The room I stayed in was exceptional in every way. The cleanliness, comfort, and overall ambiance surpassed my expectations. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. The breathtaking view of Al Ain's skyline from my window was an absolute delight. I had the pleasure of attending a wedding at the Ayla Bawadi Hotel, and I must say, it was a lovely evening. The wedding was beautifully organized, with every detail carefully thought out to make it a truly memorable occasion. The bride and groom looked stunning, and the atmosphere was electric with happiness and love.

While the hall itself was a bit smaller compared to other wedding venues in Al Ain, it still served its purpose admirably. In fact, I found the cozy and intimate atmosphere to be quite charming, and it lent an air of warmth and closeness to the proceedings that might have been lost in a larger, more impersonal space.

The decor was tasteful and elegant, with an eye for detail that was evident throughout. The lighting was soft and romantic, creating a magical ambiance that made the whole event feel like a fairytale come to life. And the food, oh my, the food was simply exquisite! Had an awesome experience here at Ayla Bawadi Hotel. Staff are very friendly and the hotel itself is very neat. Their amenities, customer service and other complementary are excellent! It is accessible to the malls and other restaurants. Will definitely book here again whenever I am in Al Ain. Keep it up everyone. ✨

I'm very sad to share my experience that I had in comparison to my previous stay 2months ago. This time we checked in late to room that is very dirt and has very strong bad smell. Also I asked to check out at 1400 only they didn't allow and I have to check out 1200 sharp. The restaurant staff are good.
I'm not sure what happened in the last few months. I didn't enjoy my stay this time.
It was really waste of money and effort to travel and spend EID their.

Hotel! Really bad the service sucks. On the other hand the mall is really good. Thes have a wide variety of brands and the food court is decent. Parking is not an issue here.

I did not stay overnight but came here for lunch one day. The food was delicious! And the decor/environment was clean and inviting.

This is recommended if you have a short or quick trip. The room is smaller, not what we expected. Location is okay and good thing it's connected to the mall. And food was good too.
