If 0 stars was an option!

Literally a shambles of a place. Dentists are actually pretty nice and most of the staff but the place is run by donuts who couldn’t run a tap.

I’ve been in limbo with half done treatments for over a year. Can’t even finish a root canal. Whilst drilling the wrong tooth because their notes weren’t up to date / didn’t make sense.

Read that again. A year to finish two treatments one of which shouldn’t have even been done.

Happy to open up the tooth on an emergency appointment to pour more medicine in yet CANT finish because all their dentists continue to leave. No wonder.

Avoid like the plague. And I’ll be sure to take my issues with them further.

I would give no stars if possible. How can a practice run with one dentist. I’ve just had an appointment cancelled that I have waited for weeks for and is needed so I can continue on cancer treatment. They have one dentist and about 5 or 6 admin/auxiliary staff, makes you wonder why they cannot employ an additional dentist???

While staff members are very friendly and I have had excellent care in the past, recently I have had appointments cancelled and was unable to see a dentist when I was suffering great pain. I am no longer ascribed to a dentist and the practice is having problems recruiting new dentists. This is very disappointing as it was a thriving practice until now.

Unfortunately I can't give 5 star's at the moment. Only because of the time to get appointments. But hopefully once they have more full-time staff again. I will give 5 stars. But want to say all the reception staff are excellent. Under the circumstances. As they must get a lot of negative comments. After dealing with covid. And lack of dentist. So well done.

They never have any dentists, it appears they don’t care about duty of care as the emergency appointment date I received was for 3 weeks after being treated by the out of hours dentist even whilst still being in a lot of pain. Appointments get cancelled at last minute due to only ever having one dentist in the whole building.

Staff are very welcoming and friendly. They do as much as they can to make you feel comfortable and deliver great service with professional results.

Highly recommend Barbara for the work she has done for me. Compassionate dentist who clearly knows her stuff as no issues after any treatment.

The staff are great, the dentists do a great job and they do make you feel at ease, the premises are clean and tidy. The drop in score is simply due to them being so short staffed. My daughter and I have had our 1st routine appointments since covid cancelled twice due to no dentist, and have both had to be seen as emergencies in the last year. I just hope they are able to secure more dentists soon as routine checks are essential.
