أوسخ خدمة تأخير الطلبات واسؤا أكل فراخ تعبانة وبايتة لا يطابق المعايير لايوجد احترام الذبائن لا أنصح أحد بتجربة هذا المطعم
طلبت منه أكل ورميته كله قبل كدة

Worst experience of any post office I have ever been to. You would think it being a family business that they care. The elderly gentleman is caring and understanding but the younger one who is always on the desk is so rude. They clearly know we have no choice but man. How this guy is in any customer service role is bewildering. He is dismissive, rude, gets frustrated with questions. This post office should be shut down honestly. It’s that bad.

Nearly 2 hours in a queue just to drop off a couple of parcels. Please hire more staff.
It would be faster to take a train to a central London post office and get back home than to use this place.

Very helpful team! This is the best, friendliest and smoothest post office I’ve ever been to!
Also, shout out to Roland, who helped me a lot with sending my parcel.

All three self service points out of service. One person serving the queue, which hasn't moved in 15 Minutes. All my experiences here were similar, which appears ridiculous, even by Royal Mail standards.

Always insanely ridiculous long queues. I wanted to post something off after work,so went in half an hour before the post office shut. The queue was soo soo long that they had already closed off The railings to get into the queue. The confusing thing is that you could see people queuing, but there was no staff to tell you that they had intentionally closed the queue and no one else could join. No staff member was there to tell you that you had to come back tomorrow. Awful management.

The staff are lovely. But it's shockingly slow/understaffed every single time compared to other post offices. Be prepared to wait 1 hr+ more often than not

I can’t just believe the lady was in customer service as we were long wait she was extremely rude to us. I am not the person to make call but however I genuinely think she shouldn’t be in customer service.

Worst post office experience!!!

Despite their being 3 self-service machines, the post office CHOSE to switch them off as there was only one person able to help, and he was due his lunch. Result? Something that shouldve taken 5 minutes took 30.

Management really needs to step up, ensure proper staffing, or if they cant manage the volume then perhaps consider relinquishing the franchise
