I have been here a number of times and always had the same experience. Worst customer service ever, sales people are plenty but not helpful for a children’s boutique that sells high-end brands they need to work on their customer service a lot or just hire an entire new team cause the current one has an attitude. If I am paying obscene amounts of money for children’s clothes I would at least expect a “welcome” or a smile or a “may I be of service”. Don’t bother going there, purchase online from Trayano or Childrens Salon or Childsplay, the difference in prices is big and you’ll find a larger variety and more offers and most important of all better customer care.
