The duty manager today 4th of September 5:30 pm wasn't good enough. He wasn't ready to answer any of my questions.
There were not employee to help and they said to my the shift will start at 7pm and now is 6pm.
Also the signs were wrong as the picture so there was no way to get what I needed.

Careless staff, I called for assistance and no cares to come! At the end, One guy came and was not intersted to help me either to enourge me to buy!!
Something is wrong with this mangment!!

قدمت لي البائعه قسيمة مشتريات مجانيه بقيمة 300 درهم وقمت بجوله شراء أخرى في المحل وعندما عدت إلى البائعه قالت لي أن القسيمه تستخدم لبعض المنتجات فقط ، طبعاً غضبت منها لانها لم توضح لي الأمر من البدايه وايضا لايوجد في الإعلانات اي شي يوضح هذا الأمر ، خذوا الحيطه والحذر ف مثل هذه المحلات التجاريه لاتعير اهتمام كبير لضياع وقتك ولا تكلف نفسها عناء إبراز عروضها بشكل واضح ، التقييم نجمه واحده رغم عدم استحقاقكم لهذه النجمه
