Good shop with varieties of stitching things like lases button, niddle etc... and stitching services are also available

The shop with all the necessary tailoring items with very very reasonable rate as compare to downtown market. The staff is very cooperative. Highly recommend

Parking was easy enough, the the staff weren't exactly what I'd call friendly but drop off was fairly simple and quick.
The issue is the transfer bus. Definitely not a short wait, particularly on our return, significantly longer than advertised. Bus to the airport was also very over crowded as the bus also picks up from hotels nearby first. If you prefer to not be squashed up against the doors then this is not that transfer for you.

AWFUL - avoid this place at all costs unless you want to pay for damages done to your car. Dropped off my car for 2 days, I come back to find dents in the left passenger door and dents at the reef of the car as if they had reversed into a wall. Definitely don’t recommend this service. If this is the damage done with only a short stay, I can’t imagine the risk of leaving your car in their hands for a much longer trip

I have used this car park more than 5 times (from 2020 to 2023) and I never had a problem. Bus has been always waiting in front of the parking for free. I also ring them when coming back and the car was in perfect conditions. The check in is also smooth and fast, now they take pictures with different angles which I think will prevent damages in the future.

Overall it has been a nice experience

I use maple parking every time I use Stansted to go on holiday, I have now for years. They look after your car and I have never had any problems with leaving my car with them and getting it back in the same condition I left it with them. They have a new light box/camera set up now so it is recorded what state your car is in when you drop it off to them. I would recommend them

Absolutely awful experience. Drop off was okay, and fairly efficient, however when we tried to pick up our car, they did not answer the phone when we called about 30 times. Eventually a bus did come for us to take us to pick up our car but not until after over an hour. When we arrived back at the office, we asked why no one answered the phone and were met with an extremely rude and condescending lady who told us that it was not her fault she didn't answer the phone even though it was right next to her. She was extremely rude and talked to us like we were stupid, simply for following the instructions given to us. It even says on the card to call that number if you have a change of flights etc, but if no one answers then how are you supposed to get help?
As we left the office the receptionist also started talking rudely about us to other customers.

Rather than apologising that no one answered the phone and simply informing us that if we go to the stop anyway then a bus will eventually come, she immediately clapped back at us with a rude attitude saying "well where does it tell you to go?!" repeating herself several times while interrupting us as we tried to talk. (even though we actually called them while already waiting at the bus stop).

Will not be using again and wouldn't recommend to anyone. We've had good experiences with Maple Parking at Gatwick, but I wouldn't recommend the Stansted branch to anyone.

When we originally dropped off our car we also witnessed them reverse someone's car into the fence and break the fence. Not careful with your car at all.

I have used Maple Manor parking many times and have always had a good experience. The actually parking, transfer, and collection were fine but I can't believe how filthy my car was. I don't know where it was parked while I was away but it had loads of bird droppings and looked like it had been in a dust storm.

I haven't parked in Maple car parking since 2021...
They done some changes, such as auto-registration, when your car's registration plate number gotten by camera. Enter from your right hand side,and it is kind of when you entering other side.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR WITH MAPLE PARKING EVER!!!!! We have just had the best holiday ever..an amazing week. Only to get back to Luton and find our beloved nearly new car has been scratched to pieces by the disgusting staff there who didn't even seem sorry. They looked so guilty and even said tell head office we damaged your car and you will be reimbursed for the costs. Can we get through to head office,? No. God knows where they take the cars as the mileage has gone right down and it has been hit and dented from behind. They don't care about your vehicle. pay extra and park it yourself. Or take photos beforehand like we did. Honestly it will ruin your whole holiday. They are vile humans!
