Irresponsible staff.. Only give you preference if you're native Arabic. Expats doesn't matter. Reason is they are getting some tips from locals and staff want to respect only for those. No space for others. 37 AED full amount charging for full wash for small car and after that they're expecting every turn to give some thing to their staff as well. Otherwise we'll not care for you.
Think before going there.
