Bank of Baroda Alain branch services are now very well. Specially Mr. Rahul Roy is very helpful and his behavior with the customer is best.

Aside from one bad experience 5 years ago my overall experience in this branch is good. There are some old staff members which are very nice & helpful. But still they need to improve a bit.

Very bad service in Al ain, they block 2 time my salary 200dhs , when i call customer care they tell we r in India so we can't do anything. My friend two time vista's in bank they r showing 7dhs only in my account . I have massage in bank baroda Al ain there is 200dhs balance I what to know ?

Very poor customer service, even mail or phone call never get proper answer, before finishing the conversation they are cancel the call also, Not customer friendly. They should get proper training how to deal with the customer

1 star is more than enough for this bank and their staff. . . I wish they will shut it down so that companies don't have their option in the list to open salary account. Every month they will deduct your salary and you won't get an SMS.

They will not provide good service in Al Ain branch like they do not do nri account on that branch
