Good value for money, fairly good English breakfast with continental options.

Room with iron and board, tea making facility, no fridge though. But, still thoughtful.

Bathtub okay with warm shower all day.

Interior lightings can be improved.

Good place though not exquisite.

No air-condition in the room, windows are not opening. Hot, small fan is not helping. I can imagine it is like a sauna in the summer. Could not sleep.
Also, breakfast is empty by 10am. No top-ups. Once it's gone, it's gone. Bag management
It is a great shame cause it could be a lovely place. Fab spa/ swimming pool

Well appointed and equipped chain hotel that is well located for anything in and around Warwick. There are a lot of food and shopping options if you are using it as a base for the surrounding area and it is very well placed if you are visiting or have business at University of Warwick.

The hotel itself was very clean and well organised and the staff in particular were superb. Hospitality is a hard sector to work in, especially in hotels where people have high expectations. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful, from the night porter to the cleaner. There is also loads of parking space available if you are driving, which is free in the weekend - another nice touch.

The place is good. A bit tired. But it was clean, quiet and people were friendly. It was a bit weird that the pool was not necessarily included with the room or the lack of some basic facilities, like towels for the pool in the room (you can rent them from the pool entrance)
I actually got a bit annoyed about the position of the towel rack in the toilet as if you use the towels after showering it was quite easy to wet your socks.
There is no AC and windows don't open fully. There is a fan but for hot days nowhere near enough.
All and all is ok and we had a good time. But there is room for improvement.

Dead easy to find using the satnav and post code. Plenty of parking spaces available. Very, very busy with people using the pool and fitness centre. The room used for the meeting I attended was well equipped and there was equipment available to use as well as refreshments. The room was cool and spacious. The same room was used for the Awards dinner later in the day. The food for the meal was good and the serving staff were polite, efficient and attentive. The bedroom was functional with an excellent bathroom which had a terrific power shower. The main difficulty was the intense heat trapped in the room due to the very hot temperature outside. The bedroom window had to be left open throughout my stay to try and allow heat out of the room & allow fresh air into the room. A lack of air conditioning was a challenge but the hotel had provided an oscillating fan as well as a Dyson fan. Unfortunately all the fans did was recirculate the hot air around the room. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was self service with a variety of options from a full English to a very basic continental breakfast of pastries and fruit yogurt. Check out as well as check in were straightforward and the free wifi service was reliable and reasonably quick.

£5.90 for two cups of tea. That came with 2 mini milk cups so small we had to ask for more just to make a cup of tea.

Some of the tables by the downstairs dining area were dirty as you'll see from the pictures I attached.

The food served on our special birthday celebration event was terrible. The prawns were served in a heavy sauce that was barely edible. The sea bass was really small and served on a HUGE bed of mashed potato and a plate filled with vegetables.

There was no desert, so paying £35 per person for such low quality "meal" was absurd and downright daylight robbery.

On the upside, the hotel does have a swimming pool and it does also look nice. It's such a shame about the expensive service costs.

We used the village hotel for a ball function. The staff in preparation with very communicative and helpful. They genuinely seemed to care and want our event to be the best it possibly could be. During the actual event, the staff were all very friendly, the room was BEAUTIFUL. Everything was exactly how we'd requested, ample size and the decorations were stunning. The highlight of the evening was definately the food. Despite somewhat limited options, the food was a decent size and absolutely delicious with everyone being very satisfied by the end!

Stayed for one night with my wife. Excellent gym and swimming pool was included in the room rate. Breakfast was standard buffet style but all nice, no complaints at all. Also worked for the day in the vworks hotdesk area which I pleased to find was also included as part of the room rate, and that was a lovely relaxing space to work. Bar was good with quality choice of drinks and friendly service.
