I got a taxi from 30 Mons avenue rochdale to Ashworth street surgery and when we were near the doctors the taxi driver asked me where shall I drop you I said in the car park in Ashworth street surgery and he said I thought u want to go Ashworth surgery I said yes and he dropped me off across the road on the other side he started arguing with me he was very rude. Really bad service he was just in a hurry to go I said I don't care your jobs to drop me off wherever I need to go but he was so arrogant, rude and he should be suspended from doing taxi jobs. Don't know just don't have words how rude he was if taxi drivers are that rude nobody would want to ever book a taxi.

The men in this company think it's okay to scream at the people when they get the location wrong. I've ordered this taxi many times from a specific Tesco Express in Bamford, so as usual I called for a taxi there and because I was tired after a long day it slipped my mine to explain which Tesco Express, so instead of asking, the man just gave a random location to the driver, who then called me and started screaming at me for ordering it wrong... so he then screams at me until I hang up, and I call the man who ordered the taxi... and no surprise but he also starts screaming and saying "it's your fault" over and over. These men are so unprofessional, full of anger and have no respect for their customers. Never using them again. Would not recommend.

On the way home from the vets this morning I was unfortunate to have an arrogant driver, used this company now for some time and handed over a fair amount of money, attitudes like the one I had this morning are not acceptable. Just because someone someone ripped your seat with a pet carrier does not mean we all will. Never even replied as I said good morning on entering the car, he decided he was having an attitude the moment he set eyes on me. white woman and a pet do not go down well with some taxi drivers in Rochdale. Your services will no longer be needed.

As a first time customer to Bamford Private Hire, Rochdale. after a referral, I was not disappointed. First class service from start to finish. Thank you so much for all your help and I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a transfer or airport pickup.

Cars hardly ever on-time,even when booked well in advance,upto 15 mins late on regular basis.
Will say drivers friendly
