We were here to watch our boy play in a game. The layout is not very good for the audience..lots of pillars in the way obscuring the view. Could have been designed better

I went there to see Streatham play Romford in ice hockey. I really like ice hockey, and the crowd was great. I'm glad that ice hockey is still popular in the UK, and I'll bring more of my friends to games. It was great that they offered budvar, a beer from my country. It made me feel like I was at home.

A warning to any person going to Planet Ice and seeing the car park located next to it to drop off or pick up someone - DO NOT ENTER THE CAR PARK. Your number plate is automatically recorded by camera and you will likely be fined (£100) if you there more than a few minutes. Whether or not there is the grace period of 10 minutes is unclear as it is only a requirement for council run car parks and this is privately run by Premier Park. Planet Ice really needs to sort the parking situation out with Premier Park. I am not the first person to complain about it. The parking may not be run by Planet Ice but they should clearly see that it is a part of being able to use Planet Ice and definitely affects their customer's experience of Planet Ice. The current situation is a very good way for them to lose customers.

Great place to take family for day out. But don't forget to carry noise cancelling headphones for kids under 5 as it can get really loud.

My daughter has private lessons here with her lovely coach Tabitha. The ice rink is awesome and the staff are great. She looks forward to her lessons every week. Very welcoming atmosphere and highly recommended!

When to see the hockey game this weekend. Great atmosphere, would recommend you bring a extra layer if your spectating, as it gets a bit cold after an hour. Gave a 4 star due to food order been lost. However the food manager was nice and help fix our problem quickly.

me and my friends went here and had a great time but we didn't see that we had to pay and display for parking. i think signs should maybe be illuminated and made more clear as none of us (group of 3) saw the pay and display signs and now we unfortunately have to pay a £100 fine for parking. perhaps some signs on the building or inside as you register would make it more clear. partially our fault for assuming the parking would be free but still a little bit peeved ????

Rink was lovely. Older Woman on the front desk has attitude but overall a nice rink.
