this is the one of best grocery store near by. can make friendship with a misri. and get all stationery items from here. also will get good help from them. but they all interact in Arabic only. but they are very help to others. good staffs are here. like Muhammad Abdul Aziz Ali Ali ????

Absolutely disgusting service, a friend of mine was accused of theft when he never stole anything, and when he questioned the staff about evidence of him stealing they claimed they do not need evidence when you clearly do to accuse someone. They were also talking over him and being very rude and ignorant to what he was saying and when he tried to reason with the other employees they were very rude. There is a complaint procedure within place and hopefully the staff apologies for their appalling customer service. False accusations are very serious and can damage the image of this company.

I bumped into 3 African ppl looking for Cash Converters as I was heading to Wilko I virtually walked them through the doors, I left Wilko empty handed so thought I'd try here. After a minute or so I saw a very pretty assistant that was dealing with a sale, she acknowledged me and said she'd be over soon. Not only was she visually beautiful she was exceptionally polite and friendly. She was called Demi ,easy to remember as Demi Moore was one of my crushes.
However she did deprive me of a box of Maltesers which I insisted that she takes
Probably the best shopping experience I've had in Middlesbrough in 5 years.
PS this is not a recommendation of the store it is a recommendation of this employee, I can only assume that she previously worked in Debenhams,,Binns or M&S which sadly closed its doors permanently today. Cash converters and especially this store are currently punching above their weight at the moment.

Disgusting service. I reserved a video game from this shop and when I arrived in the shop 45 minutes later, they had sold it online to someone else (they say!). I promised my 5yo daughter we were collecting this game and driven straight over. The only suspicion that I can have is that they haven't sold the game but they were uncomfortable with the price I got them down to, as it had been on sale for at least 3 months already, a big coincidence that it got sold in the 45 minutes after I made a deal with them.

Great customer service from mark, had an issue with headphones as wasn’t told they had a rip or scratches gave me a refund straight away.

staff were friendly enough, but they need to take a good look at their customers, they are intimidating and likely selling stolen goods

Let ur imagination run wild in the aisles packed everything from second hand games of all systems to gold 2 ower tools bikes etc ...

As a former FEMALE member of management at this store, I feel it’s a very unfair review that has been left. So I would like to share what a great bunch of employees these people are both male and female. From the newest members to the oldest members of the team. The staff here are some of the best people I have had the pleasure of working with and call friends. I was always told when u make a mistake (maybe having your start day the same day as you having “menstrual” problems, and then advise people to not work somewhere unless “consider cycle dates”) then you should own your own mistake. Guys and ladies in the store are the best, I mean they may not go out and buy you tampons, but there very considerate and welcoming bunch ❤️❤️
