Didn’t show up when booked a taxi. Couldn’t get through on the number, no answer or just cut off. Wouldn’t use again.

Absolutely awful service. Booked a car 2 weeks in advance for my friends wedding and the driver did not show up. When called the driver told us he had nipped to the shops. After not responding to any of our calls, we receive a call an hour later. During which we had walked up and down the main road trying to find a taxi. All taxis were fully booked until 3pm that day due to 3 big events in Norwich. We ended up missing the ceremony of our friends wedding. Upon writing to complain and asking for a refund from the company we were told it was not their fault and there was nothing they could do to compensate.

If you want a reliable, timely and professional taxi service 5stars is not for you. Avoid at all costs as they do not value customers or regard good customer service as an important aspect of a business. This is a taxi company that delivers poorly and has the attitude that they will and can get away with it. Egotistic taxi companies exist in areas of the UK where Uber does not operate in. Beware.

Had to cancel a taxi booking, rang the driver so he wouldn't waste his time. Simply a change of circumstances and he informed me that I shouldn't call them ever again and when I retorted that he was being rude he called me rude when I took the time to let him know so he wasn't sitting around for no reason.

Didn't appreciate the way he spoke to me and he need not worry about me using the company again as this has put me off permanently.

If the drivers don't have people skills they shouldn't be in the service industry. Moron.

Amazing company fast very reasonably priced and the driver was very kind and polite, my favourite taxi company

The service is terrible. The driver kept drive around to take advantage of miles. It cost 5 pound more than other company. And The driver didn't keep the time and let my friend wait 15 minutes who just finished the surgery. Never use this company again.

Booked for a airport early airport run( 0400) 3 days before travel. Went to bed the night prior and all showed OK. Woke up at 3 am to find they had cancelled. Leaving me a frantic hour to arrange something.

Have been using this company for years, always been polite, helpful and allowing me to take my cats to the vet, only time I had a small problem was booked via website for a late night taxi and even though I had an email no message on the night and taxi arrived late so had me panicked as no one answered the phone. Prefer to have people conversation.
However still my preferred firm.

WORST TAXI EXPERIENCE. Racist driver, disgusting attitude. Terrible from the very beginning right to the end. Dont think these drivers are regulated? Driver in WHITE SKODA FL15 ZFA. Tried to call up the office but no one is answering. Shameful and unprofessional.
