Horrible experience on my first order with this huge and oldest company in UAE
I ordered a fruit platter that was supposed to be for 5-7 people, but what I received, even my daughter of 10 years, can finish it by herself
poor arrangement, poor packaging, and fruits are not fresh,
what is seen in the app, and you'll receive its two things waaay different

and more surprised me more . When I opened the gate to receive my order, I found my fruits box on flow( yes you read it right ON THE FLOW)

This is supposed to be a very well reputed company that respects its customers, however, not in my case.

I always place my orders and choose the time slot between 10 am - 2 pm for delivery and on really few occasions I got my order within this time slot! This is ridiculous and disrecpectful from such a well known company.

Whenever I raise a complaint, the usual answer that I get is the following:

"We apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused you. we will escalate this issue with the concerned department and update you accordingly."

Also this message:
"We are truly sorry for the delay in delivering the order. Due to huge volume orders our schedules are tight and have more orders in each slot. Our team is trying to manage the deliveries based on the routes provided. Requesting your kind understanding on this matter.
we will escalate this issue with the concerned department to avoid any delay delivery in future ."

Is it my problem that you have huge volume of delivery and you don't know how to manage the delivery on time?!!

Now it is 2.05 pm and I still didn't receive my order!! Shameful!

Paid for order online and not delivered..contacted them by whatsapp promised to deliver but no show and no response and no correction for this..

Lovely cottage with great sea views right in the centre of the village. Tastefully decorated with all the amenities you could want. A bit cold so highly recommend you bring fire wood for the stove. Was only one toilet roll in the bathroom, which was not ideal as we stayed two nights.

Great location in the centre of Staithes and the back opens up onto a great view of the harbour.

It was a little disappointing to have only one toilet roll provided for a week's stay, no shampoo or bath soap and no sugar, tea, coffee, milk etc.

Also, the place could do with a deep clean... blinds were bet dusty and certain areas didn't look well kept.

It is a great location but could definitely do with a little tlc.

We had a gorgeous long weekend here at Ash Cottage. Beautiful view and Staithes was a delight. The cottage is quite small, but we enjoyed the cosy atmosphere.
