This one is pretty great actually, lots of parking and quite close to the entrance (driving is somewhat of an issue actually but you can’t help some of the idiots in Cov). Plenty of choice, quite a sizeable store (not the biggest) and it’s never really super busy in my experience.

Very bad customer service on click collect section been showing attitude and talking rude and threatening me to cancel my order next time just bcoz i want to return some items.they r not following process for click n collect orders and telling me next time if u want to order u come instore instead of click n collect . If ur workers having problem with providing click n collect service they should leave job not argue with customers. Hope in morrisons higher management take notice of this amd advice their staff how to handle customers.

Watch out for out of date items. in the chilled fresh sections.
Prices not always matching, those displayed on the shelves.

Good location free parking, trolleys charge to use. Reasonably priced, have a hot food and deli counter bakery and frozen section. Smaller Morrisons then others but it’s ok if you need day to day bits, open hours are good as well open until 10pm apart from Sunday which is 4pm. Self service check outs are available.

Miserable place. Miserable staff. Delapidated self service checkouts. I witnessed one going out of order and the apathetic staff members on duty totally blanked bewildered customers and ignored it. I also saw an elderly woman being told the cash self service was out of order and directed her to an enormous queue at the cigarettes counter. No empathy. Miserable place. Miserable staff. Avoid.

Clean and friendly store and with car parking makes a big difference for me who finds it difficult walking

Love Morriston there food is always presented good it's always fresh ut like most super markets best before dates like I got a bread today it said best before the 24 should have been reduced if it says use by the 24 then it's fine next day it can be reduced in the 80s I did this for a job what's changed can anybody tell me have the laws changed .

Always a good experience here.
Good offers on the sliced meat counter. Love the reductions on sliced bread and fresh fruit and veg ... got stir fry veg very reduced.. so having it with the mini chicken breast fillets. Yum !!
Called in today Tuesday. Good offers on meat section. Shin beef good price, great for a casserole tonight. Fresh root veg good prices... noticed card section smaller so less choice across the range of cards. Nice to see wider range of baby clothes at reasonable prices..
Lovely flowers and chocolates for valentines day today..
Very nice selection of plants since end of march.
Bread rolls and cob loaves are nearer entry doors on left. To me they are too near doors blocking way in if I stop to look.
Prefer going over to the bread stall and shelves...
Nice to see the reduced veg and ready to cook fresh goods all together in the fridges..
