Ice cream was delicious. Staff was disrespectful with poor customer service. Seating capacity also less.

The usually good BR taste but not all flavors are available. The sales persoj who attended us named John Salazar was very annoying didn't concentrate with us while making the order. And was singing all the time while we are seated means he did not respect our presence and acted as if nobody is around.

Worst branch ever, ice cream is too icy. The guy therw is not able yo operate a microwave. He doesn't know Where are containers covers he wasted almost 10 minutes searching for them until my hot Fadj became not hot anymore. For sure I will not recommend Baskin-Robbins special this branch to another one of my friends I will not take the embarrassment on their behalf

My favourite to go ice-cream with plenty of accessible locations in Abu Dhabi. I say accessible because they have many stand alone shops that other brands do not have. Other brands can usually be accessed via malls which wastes a lot of time if I just want some ice-cream and not have to go through the crowded mall.

The shop closes at 11pm. We entered at 10:45pm and the person behind the counter agreed to serve us after telling us they're closing and after we asked if he would be kind enough to serve within opening timings. We got our scoops but not without a frown. Flavors were top class!
