The architecture of this Mall is unique interns of their Gate situation and name. There are 7 Entry/Exit gates. Each gate name on 7 Emirates name like Abu Dhabi Gate, Sharjah Gate, Dubai Gate etc. There are almost all Banks & ATM situated inside . There are lots of coffee shops, restaurants, clothes shops, perfume shops etc.
There's big Carrefour for everyday shopping.
The food court has a great selection of both fast food places as well as nice traditional restaurants. Try the traditional Al-Mandi restaurant, well worth it.
For kids there’s a very nice play area and cinema. It’s a lot of fun.

For families, the paid train for kids is a delightful addition, keeping the little ones happily engaged. Throughout my visit, I had a good experience with the overall ambiance and services offered.
The mall's location away from public transport ensures it's not overly crowded, creating a more relaxed shopping atmosphere. Whether you're a local resident or just visiting the area, Bawabat Mall is definitely worth a visit!
