It has been a while since I’ve been to this branch. When I was there this evening I realised why I stopped coming there: OVERBOOKING ALWAYS

There seems to be very poor communication between the call centre and the branch. I was booked for 9PM. I arrived promptly, got my hair washed and waited for the technician who was busy attending to another client. After over 25 minutes of waiting the technician came and had to apologise for something that isn’t her fault. She did her job well and apologised again.

This had happened several times in the past which is why I plan on not visiting this branch ever again! And to make matters worse, they said they will make it up to me and yet they charged me the FULL amount for a very poor service! If it was up to me, I wouldn’t have paid one fils not only for tonight, but for the previous times I was kept waiting or overbooked sometimes with the wrong technician as well!

I have been a client since 2013/2014. It’s so sad to see the services go downhill in what used to be one of the best salons in Abu Dhabi. Very upsetting!

I know I will probably get the same response everyone who rated poorly got. Don’t bother, don’t “regret to hear about my recent experience”. Thankfully I won’t have to experience it again!

Recently, I no longer chose Bedasheng as my salon and comfort zone for some reasons, but I always come here for (Afashin) ????. She's one of the best. She works silently, does not bother you with words, questions and ad's. Definitely will come again for her

i really enjoyed my experience with Adela, Airsh, Julieann they were so so sweet they helped me choose a nice color that suits me and their work is amazing.

It was on Wednesday 8th March, i went for hair section the hair technician took maybe less than 20mins for making my hair i was surprised since i even didn't receive my coffee which i have ordered and the service has been done i complained in cashier that am not satisfied but they didnt care or even mentioned that do you want to re do the service then i have called thier call center to complain but they dont take the customer satisfaction so seriously so this my last time in Bedashing and i dont recommend it at all

The service was so bad. Technician of mani didn’t do the shape well and I requested from here many times to fix it in a straight and good way but with no luck

A special thanks to Sanaa for her amazing haircut that she did on me I really loved how my hair turned out it’s more than amazing and I’m sure that everyone would be satisfied with how amazing she is, she’s really kind and sweet and she’ll do the best to make you look perfect thank you so much!

I got gel manicure at this location. The price is very high compared to other places. So I expected good service. Even though I had an appointment I had to wait 25 minutes to get my nails done. They advertise that there are complimentary hot drinks like cappuccino but all they have is tea and a 3 in one coffee drink. I usually get Gel manicure at other salons and it lasts 3 weeks or longer but my nails started to chip 3 days after I got it done at This salon. I called them to get it fixed and they said nothing can be done about it because I should have called 48 hours after my nails done. I will never go to this Salon again. I wish I could give them 0 stars.
