Noora was amazing! She coloured my hair exactly the way I was hoping it would turn out. She started off with a great consultation and the whole experience was great. Would definitely recommend her!

I would like to make this review all about the amazing technician Paula Mae, she is very professional and talented, and very precise in perfecting nails
I have been doing my nails all the time with her and I am every time satisfied with results and I get compliments all the time

THE WORST BEDASHING Branch????????????????????????
Seriously.. terrible nails done & HORRIBLE ROOTS color who mistakes dark brown roots color with light brown!!!!! Get this

They even didn't want to fix it !!!

I've been going to most bedashing branches all over Dubai & Abu Dhabi
The services were great not anymore
Bedashing I tried many times to call and complaint but you sure know how to lose customers best with your terrible excuses to bad services. Not wasting anymore money on you nor will I ever visit..

Unfortunately I’m not happy with my experience here. I showed the technician a photo of the design I wanted and I got something very different and messily applied. I got a bit of money back for compensation but staff seemed unwilling to help at first, telling me first they didn’t have cash there, then telling me I needed to give them change even though I paid online. I won’t be returning which is a shame as it is a convenient place for me.

Overpriced! And didn’t get the service as I wanted????????. I did a beachy wave for my very short hair which was for 230 Aed why! And it wasn’t as i told her, i would do a better service in my home for myself. Poor hair service. Not coming again to this branch

Great experience! My therapist name was Samjhana very fast very efficient definitely recommend her! Will definitely be going back to her at Bedashing West Yas Plaza. Had a mani and pedi as well ladies did a lovely job

I had yesterday the worst ever Salon experience and from Bedashing West Yas.

I had my appointment booked at 5:30 for braiding and booked for the same service for my sister as well from my past positive experience with Virginia.

I came to the appointment 15 minutes earlier then at 5:45 Virginia came to us and apologized as she’s still with the client before us and offered another technician to handle our service and we refused.

We kept waiting until 6:15 (for one hour) and her excuse was the same that it will take still 15 minutes after every 15 minutes we ask ????

There was no manager at the branch for me to complain and to professionally handle the situation.

Normally in other salons, a handover from the technician to another to handle the current customer. I was not late in order for her to offer me another technician.

It a real shame and disappointment to see how the salon have failed to handle professionally such situation by the technician and by the manager.

I will never ever deal again with Bedashing. Worst experience ever
