They told me that I would start a manicure and pedicure at the same time, but there was only one staff who’s start to do my feet ,and the other one she went to serve another customer. then they told me that there is another staff will come to serve you, but she also went to another customer / bad experience for the first time and the last time I come to this salon

I went to bella luna 2 days before only because of the staff marvie, she is very good and excellent and very perfect in her work,,,

Went to Bella Luna salon this afternoon and asked how much a hairstyle only would be and they quoted me 50-100 dirhams. They didn’t do the cut I asked for, then they proceeded to blow dry my hair without asking me when all I wanted was a quick dry off and didn’t even wash my hair! Then they charged me almost 200 dirhams! I am so disappointed and upset, and I surely won’t ever return to this rip off of a salon and I do not recommend going here unless you want to pay hundreds of dirhams for something you never asked for.

اول مرة ادخله واخر مرة ولا فيه اي اهتمام للزبون ،خذت موعد وتأخرت ممكن نص ساعه ،دخلت وقلت وحصلتها قاعده تسولف مع الموظفات الاثنين عربيات،،قلت لها انا خذت موعد ومتأخرة شوي قعدت تضحك بستهزاء اونه ليش جايه دامج متأخره !! انا موعدي 8:20 ووصلت قريب 9 ..ولا حتى دخلتني للموظفات عشان تشوف من خلص وهذا اعتقد شغلتها تشرف عالموظفات ،انا اللي دخلت وسألت اللي يشتغلون من خلص ووين ممكن اني انتظر .. قعدت داخل ولا حد جاني يسأل ..وطلعت بعدها .. الموظفه اللي لابسه اسود مليانه وشعرها اسود لازم يشوفون صرفه معاها وتعدل اسلوبها مع الزباين ترى نحن مش ربيعاتها عشان تطيح الميانه وتتكلم بهالطريقه
