Received excelent advise to a skin complaint. Pharmacist was attentive and proscribed meds to help and advised to go back if no improvement. Within a week using the meds all cleared up. Would go back for advice. Thank you.

Medication owed from 7 days ago it is now weekend the medication is insulin we have 1 1/2 days supply left now. Tried ringing no reply or engaged all the time. I will have to try and drive if not too icy up there tomorrow Saturday. OK I am not that far away but I have many health problems myself! I know they have staff problems but that does not give my partner his insulin!

Excellent service re prescriptions. So glad I moved from my previous pharmacy who consistently let me down. Carlton pharmacy send you a text to let you know your medication is ready to collect and so far they have had it ready next day. Saves a trip to see if it’s ready and no need to bother them with phone call enquiries. I now have further to go from home than the previous pharmacy but I have no regrets about changing to Carlton Pharmacy who give a great reliable service.

Website says they are open. So you drive 4 miles to collect a prescription & find they’re closed. Second time this has happened.

Absolute s**t show of a chemist,
Was promised yesterday mums tablets would be delivered by 12.30 today,
13.30 Nope still in the chemist, and tried blaming me because they hadn't written AM on the prescription, also hung up on me,
Happens every month,

Convenient Pharmacy in the centre of Carleton , across the road from the Castle Gardens Pub . Variety of pharmaceuticals , some make up items and hair accessories . Other services including blood pressure testing .
