Poor customer service, no price tags were pasted on many products, while billing causing in convenience to the customers, because they are telling us to get the price sticker on it.

To be improved.

Needs proper training for the elderly Filipina lady in the counter. I would have understand if it’s a busy branch, but this branch is just chilling only. Customer service is very important for this branch as a lot of competitors nearby the market.

Best grocery place in Abu Dhabi in terms of prices, location and quality of products... They have best offers on every weekend.. The place is always clean and well organised... Almost every item is price-tagged properly and the walking space is wide so it is easier for customers to roam around and explore even if the place is crowded.. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Worst place ever unfortunately i went there to buy meat
The butcher wasn’t even wearing gloves he touched the meat by his two hands and started to cutt itt ???? it was really disgusting thing I don’t know how come where’s the operation manager where’s DOH
I’ll call DOH and i’ll tell them what happened with me this is my rightt
And when i told them
They didn’t take an action like okay sir sorry
