I purchased one juicer from them and when i used it . It was Smalling bad while working and their was fire inside the machine i give them to fix the problem after 7 days i visit and bring back the juicer same issue they didn't send the juicer to fix the problem. Not recommended to buy any electronic items from them , Big Mart BR9 TCA

The customer is not the king, that's what the store believes when it runs at peak times. Other then that all good.

My neighbour said this is nice. Using walk option in Google maps arrived here. Wonderful shop. Got fresh vegetables. In fact they were unloading from truck. So got very fresh ????. After reaching home informed few in lift. All the best ❤️

You will get fresh veggies and fruits all the times and most of fish variety available in Bigmart. Overall good shopping experience

Kudos to the filipina lady there who doesn’t know how to treat the customer properly in-terms of their loyalty card usage…i wonder why whenever i go to that brach they don’t have a practice of asking a card of course customer tends to forget to show their cards because their busy paying and arranging their purchased items. This is the scenario, when i was paying i asked why she’s not asking my loyalty card which is given by them so they must initiate to ask the customers. Then when i was telling her my number she started to act annoyed because she misheard what i am saying and i was like whaaaaat? Why? What did i do? In my inner thoughts…And she started to act horribly and closed the register hardly twice. I went to that branch again couple of days later since i am living to that area and again she didn’t asked my card and when she saw it’s me her face got turned down and she asked me if i am angry with the face showing sarcasm and why this lady is sooo mad at me???? This kind of attitude shouldn’t be working in a work place where there is a customer interaction because she doesn’t have patience….i am working in a retail field also that’s why i know the feeling bu she shouldn’t act like that…it’s not her reputation it’s her companies reputation.
