I had a very bad experience with this company.

I availed the company's services for a 3 month visa extension for my father.

They kept delaying the process and kept giving false promises. Whenever I checked with them for an update they used to give numbers of different people and ask me to deal with them.

Finally I had to pay a late fine.

Disappointed with the unprofessional service of Bin Moosa Travels.
