These ladies know not only how to give an incredible spa experience, but also how to really shine at customer service. The level of professionalism, courtesy, kindness and flexibility is definitely top-notch here in Abu Dhabi. Sara is wonderful and I cannot thank her enough for her assistance. The therapists, the reception team, everyone truly gives great service. Kudos and much appreciation!

Best skin and hair care in Abu Dhabi.. Hair treatment consultation by Pascale is highly recommended, result is superb. Hair is silky, shiny and healthy. Best care ever, professional, welcoming and positive relaxing vibes. Service is amazing.
As for the face same astonishing results..Glowing skin just after the first radiofrequency session.. Consultation of Marie Joe is highly recommended. Don't miss it.. Best place in Abu Dhabi.

I’ve been coming to bioskin for over a month now for both skin and hair treatments and I’m loving it. Ella and Lisa are the best, they take good care of me. I come here to relax.

I like the treatment, the place is clean but seriously to book and confirm an appointment its too annoying the times they call! Not just that they will call from 3 different numbers, and they will not communicate with each other. I moved my appointment but they still contact me by whats app and calls to confirm! And then I tell them I already talked to someone and moved my appointment, they ask when?
Like seriously you don’t communicate with each other or you don’t have it in the system? Then who am I talking to?? Its a really waste of time! I just want to finish my package and never go there again! In addition, if its not an appointment they will call to give a free consultation for whatever you tell them you don’t want they will keep calling for 2 or 3 weeks ???? seriously STOP annoying people if we want we will call!
