Drivers from this firm are arrogant and dangerous to the point of almost causing accidents which are their fault. When I phoned them up about their driver it was brushed under the carpet with promises of an apology which i never received. The up side was I had dash cam footage and have passed it onto the police and reported the driver to rochdale council, avoid at all cost as one day one of their drivers will cause a serious accident.

Ever since Tiger has been taken over by Car2000 the service is appaling. New drivers that have no clue and will try and take you the long way round. All the old Tiger drivers were good and gave a good service. Car2000 has ruined Tigers reputation.

Tell your drivers not to drive over the fecking grass when picking up passengers on Springfield Street! Looks a right state. DG59 CUU. 21.12.22. Plenty of tarmac to park up on. Use it.

Driver pulled out of a side road into oncoming cars. He didn't care for anyone on the road apart from his next £2pound job. He was shouting something at me for existing on his rally track. If I was driving my own car I probably would of smashed him right up and got a claim of these low level drivers. I wouldn't put my kids in these taxis.

On a recent journey with them we changed our location en-route the driver did not listen was busy chatting on the phone and when we asked them to pull over they gave us a load of abuse we eventually got to our new location.Would not ride/book with this firm again!

Great service with friendly drivers. Dropped my phone in back of one of their cars, full respect to the driver as it was returned to me within 10 mins of me being dropped off.

Always use them in the morning to get home from work never had a problem, like the drivers, but since they merged with car 2000 can never get a taxi. Go back to just tiger and dump car 2000 they are a waste of time.
