I called to ask for a simple process of residency visa. The lady - Kris or whatever her name was. Extremely unprofessional, not proactive at all. I asked what documents she would need and she's telling me - "just send everything and If I need something I'll tell you."
Anyway I sent everything possible, at first she gave me the wrong email, I what'sapped her, called her maybe 5 times to follow up and she didn't bother.
Definitely not using their services again and I would suggest you to stay away as well.
I've already informed all my friends and colleagues to make sure they use the other typing centres.
Really horrible.
