Blendz Cafe

It was my regular visit to the cafe, I was excited to surprise my parents at cafe and was all set with candles and everything but due to unfortunate circumstances they couldn’t make it and we had to ask for a take away after using the gold. We were told that we cant take the cake nor have a refund the behavior of the person in charge a girl was very rude and not acceptable at all my me. I will try and take a step further against this issue and against how the waiters talk to the customers with no respect and abusive words which is not accepted by anyone. We were told that our numbers would be black listed just because of this small confusion with the cake orders and zomato gold. I hope some action will be taken against this. I was helpess as it was urgent for me to take the cake for my parents anniversary. I want this to reach the right person who can take suitable action against the same.
