One of the worst branches the staff are really bad, they missed my appointment with someone else, since I’m a first timer, the staff aren’t very helpful I wanted to hang my Abaya somewhere with a hanger, they couldn’t even manage a hanger, overall not my go 2 saloon in Abudhabi I would prefer somewhere else instead

Unsanitary conditions & unexpected charges ruined my salon visit.Nails on the sink were disgusting. Charging for cappuccino, unlike other salons, was disappointing.Staff were polite, but overall dissatisfaction remains. Cleanliness and customer-friendly approach needed.

i’ve had more than one bad experience with the nail technicians, the first one i asked for stick ons and the sizes of them were soo big on me and it looks stupid. the other experience is when i asked for a red french tip it took her 2 and a half hours of finish, she kept wiping if off so many times trying to draw on the french tips , then she let another technician do my other hand after two hours and now they look different than eachother. i just dont think that they are experts. also there are always mistakes with the prices and sometimes they would let you pay more than what you should, i had to ask about the price after the receiptionist asked me to pay, and it turned out the price was raised, she asked me to pay 130 when my nails costed 89 dhs. they need to make sure they give the accurate prices next time.

One of my favorite places for pedi & mani, amazing services. I tried the Thai massage as well at shakhbout branch and it was phenomenal I really liked it, yes it’s a small room but isolates you completely from the outside noises and gives you the spa experience you’re looking for

I love this salon BUT appointment services are not that great. I booked an appointment once at 4:30 with a specific hair stylist and they started with me past 5 and another time i booked at 4 with the same hair stylist and when i reached to my appointment the hairstylist was starting to work on someone else. ???????? my favorite hair technician/ stylist tho is Nouria, she’s very patient and calm and joyful.

worst saloon ever! no one is professional here the receptionist and the staff and extremely rude and they don’t respect clients + they give you appointments then people come walk in and take ur appointments and you wait and wait! nothing is organized and every time i try to give this saloon a chance they fail again. lack of discipline and professionalism seriously though! worst saloon of the year! nothing is organized and appointments are just a waste! blonde will never succeed in anything because of their lack of professionalism, bedashing is way better and organized

I booked nail appointment at 3;30 i came early at 3:20 and i waited till 3:55 for a technician to come so i waited almost 40 mins with an appointment. Terrible service. Terrible management. If you value your time go somewhere else.

The employees were so rude and mean to me. They didn't ask me for a beverage when i came in. When they did my nails, it was pouring blood from my finger for about 5 minutes and she didn't know what to do. When I asked that I want to change the color of two fingers' nail polish, their face changed and they kept sighing. From my personal experience, I have wen't to couple of salons I haven't seen such a behavior like this.
