This is my first time, and I liked the experience with them. They are kind and helpful. They also have a wonderful receptionist ???????????? From today onwards,their salon will be my first choice ????????????????

I asked for a hairstyle and showed a picture and the stylist was totally okay and confident to the point where she totally refused to reduce the price. I felt okay she’s confident and seems she know what is she doing,, I got something totally different to what I asked for which I later couldn’t make it a big deal since I have an event 1 hour later and need to get ready.

anyways I went to the event and I can say that my hair looked like I air dry it and for sure did not put any effort on it at all. looked super miserable and felt so bad and frustrated during a very important event.

+someone have asked why I didn’t get my hair done where I already went and paid 315aed for it.

will never come back and don’t recommend the hairstylist (s.)

Editing my review of last year and lowering the stars.. Nails services are awful now.. Kept my nails dry and chipped even though I take a great care of my nails.. I always visit blossom district cuz it’s near by but never visiting again.. i asked for cuticles cut and cleaning it was moisturized and not well done well that later on when my hands dried from the cream the cuticles were obvious and my Nails looked like they got nothing done…. very very very awful.. and I ignored few times when I visited for nail polish that my nails gets ruined the moment i leave and when I remove them they are damaged and they keep chipping off even though I know my nails keep polish well when I get it done somewhere else .. the design of the place was amazing previously now it looks dull and dead from outside.. please improve the place .. its location is amazing

Staff amazing doctors brilliant especially the receptionist who listen and are very understanding and helpful the best practise in falkirk so glad I get to go here for my doctors appointment

Visited this practice today after being turned down by a number of practices because l am not a Scottish resident. The Doctor made me welcome and gave me complete confidence that he knows what he's talking about.

I can never get through , line busy , then when you go to the practice they want you to stand outside in the rain and shout through a small gap in the window, how embarrassing, poor show

Went in going thru loads of court stuff as a witness for being abused from 11-16 and wasn't even interested in reading paperwork I have very disappointed can't even go out house never mind up Falkirk. Steven
