Appalling service. Said my address didn't exist and that me and multiple other people were "being kids" and blocked me and multiple other people trying to get a taxi to the same location. Google is free, try a sat nav you might find it is a real place. No help from reception, very rude actually shouting at a 13 yr old for explaining where the location was. Not a good taxi - recommend blue star

We pre-booked with Lakeside Taxi twice. First trip was from Oxenholme Tran Station to our hotel at Windermere Lake and second trip was the return. Lakeside Taxi picked us up right on time for both trips and both drivers were professional and friendly. We were worried about getting to and from the lake, but they were flawless. We highly recommend Lakeside Taxi.

We booked a few days in advance for a mini bus for 6 there and then back after a wedding in the lakes. We were around 15 mins away from the venue, 10 minutes before our minibus was due to arrive, the company called to tell us they had cancelled our booking.
We were then stuck at the venue until we could source another taxi company to get take us back on such short notice.
Luckily Ace Taxis saved us and we got back to where we were staying fine after a little while.
But it was a stressful end to such a lovely evening.
Wouldn't recommend sorry.

Have used multiple times now. The drivers are lovely however they are often late / cancel last min. The app would be really good if the service was reliable

Absolutely shocking service - turned up at the wrong address then cancelled my booking. Left me and my family stuck, no apology advised to rebook - no cars available. Suggest you got to Bluestar always turn up in the right place when you need them. Avoid these guys like the plague.

Booked by email in advance then realised that I had given the wrong time for pick up. Sent message explaining my mistake. Rectified by return and taxi turned up exactly on time. Good service all round

I've called this company twice now to book taxis. The guy on the phone was incredibly rude both times. Horrible mannerisms, very rude, and he also closed the phone in my face during our last phonecall. I highly would not recommend to anyone.

We ordered a cab for 1130. It turned up at 1230 after me calling up several times for the customer service team to tell me it was near when it wasn’t. It made us miss our train. Awful do not use this company.
