I haven't tried their food or drinks 'cause i just had a coffee before i visit here for a meeting but 5 star for the atmosphere. It's a nice place for a meeting or maritesing with your friends.

I ordered an oreo creamcheese milktea and there was no boba in it. Apparently there's an extra charge for boba. I never expected this from a shop literally called "boba n pearls (BNP)". The drink was really small, 80% ice and lacked sugar too. Atmosphere and staff were nice, but the quality of food is supposed to be the most important part of a café..

Really nice place !! Super cute ambience and the staff are so friendly, sweet and welcoming. I had an Oreo Cream cheese milk tea. Not bad, could have been mixed better.

I ordered via Deliveroo, and when the driver arrived, 1 item was missing. But thank you to Ms. Jen (The Manager) She really find a way to deliver the missing item. She was Very professional and know’s how to do customer service ???????? More power to the business!

Misleading information with 0 customer service! We ordered food thru online for a delivery with the choices on the menu but turns out they didnt have those and instead replaced it with something far from what we ordered. When we called the restaurant and asked what happened with our order, they just said they tried to call us but didnt answer call (the number was international for unknown reason and when we called back it wasnt going through). We explained the same however, they simply informed that it was a toll free number (??????). It was like implying that it was our fault that we didnt answer (?????!!!!) And also had the guts to tell that it was the toll fee of the delivery company (???!!!!!) How did the delivery company messed up our order???? First of all, Please dont put misleading info. If its not available, remove it online before other customers order and end up paying for nothing! Second, fix your communication method because its not the consumers' mistake to order something not available when they are are paying for the food they want. Certainly not gonna go back to this place. The staffs werent even sorry.
