Today i visited Bombay chowpatty at Dalma mall. i am almost 3 years old customer. Unfortunately today is my last visit and me & any of my family member never visit this place again. staff was v.v.very rude. he first misbehaved with me then he misbehaved with my wife also. they have no idea about customer services and dont know how to talk. Thanks for foolish treatment. i tried to call their helpline 3 to 4 time but no answer. BC management should spend some time to train their staff for customer service. Worst worst worst experience.

I will never come to this restaurant again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The guy in the counter, does not even have sense of talking to customers, specially a woman.
He talked very roughly with my wife when she was there to get some items. At the same time he was arguing with another customer who was a woman as well.
The street food vendors like Chawpaty in Mumbai behave their customers politely than him. This store must change their rude staff as they are competing with international and famous restaurants like McDonald's etc.

Worst experience in Dalma mall Abu Dhabi. They mis represent about charges, rude staff. Don't know customer services. Highly not recommended. I had similar experience in Mall of Emirates branch Bombay Chowpatty as well. Staff need to be trained for customer services and misrepresentation. Serving is too less according to price.

I ordered pani puri ,, the green water for pani puri smell and taste veeeeeeeeery bad I eat the puri only without the water ,, and the staff are really rude

Worst experience of Bombay cuisine ever..No Value for money..extremely below average quality..Highly not recommended for foodies and value meals...
