We complained but they didn't listen and ignored it. Totally waste of money....

The food:
The food overall was decent.
The chapli kabab, mutton seekh kebabs, and the charsi chicken kadhai were top tier. I did, however, think the kadhai had a slight poultry smell (like a hen pen), but others enjoyed it.
I ordered the green chicken handi, expecting a rich green sauce made from mint and coriander. Instead, I received a deceptive dish. The chicken was cut into tiny pieces, lost in the gravy, which was green, yes, but bland. They seemed to have bulked up the gravy with cream. The ratios were completely off. If I knew the only thing this dish would live up to would be its colour, I would never have ordered it.
Service:
We walked in, and there was no greeting or welcome. The guy sat at the front desk may as well not exist! He had no energy and didn't give a welcoming vibe. If only he could raise his standards as he's able to raise his hair!
The man serving us was polite and met all our requests in a timely manner, and was probably the saving grace when it comes to the service received.
The atmosphere:
The place felt dead. There was such a drab mood, but I guess it could be because it's Ramadan and we went late. So the staff might be tired from the iftaar buffet, and most of the footfall would have passed.
Some of the seats were tattered, there were flies, and a bin as you enter the seating area, adding to the population of the flies!.
Would I go here again? No.
Would I order from them? Cautiously, yes. Only the grilled/fried traditional meats. The kadhai and handi will never be eaten by me again.

Chapati was good too, didnt like the roti though, full of maida.
I asked them which biryani was best here? They said the chicken dum biryani. When i tried it was very oily and the worst part is there was no dum on it. Thry just mixed chicken achari with oily spiced rice and call it dum biryani. Disappointed on this.
Restaurant is very beautiful and clean.
But the waiters are not trained to smile and be gentle with customers. The way how they talk sounds pretty rude.

We ordered their signature Chicken Boti and Tawa Mirchi Chicken, to go with paratha. Both the dishes were suggested by their staff and they turned out to be amazing. The kebab was really tender and juicy, the place was cozy and the staff are friendly. Mr Salim, the manager, was going around the table making sure everyone is enjoying the food and guests are happy.
In all, Great food, perfect portion size and amazing staff. Give it a try, you will surely enjoy!

Imagine that you are hungry and craving for desi food.
You find restaurant with good reviews and visit them.
You order the delicacy mentioned on menu and then start waiting for your food to be served.
You wait… and you wait… and you wait.
You wait with your empty tummy endlessly while the people who ordered after you are enjoying their meal.
You wait because of no reason and when you enquire they ask another 5 minutes in every 15 minutes.
It happened to me at Boti Street tonight.
The food I ordered, never arrived.
From 11:23 pm (the time of order) till 12:15 all I got was empty plate on my table.
Can’t give review about the food because it never reached our table.
Food : never arrived
Ambiance: just imagine what it could be with an empty stomach.
Price: quite high compared with market.
