They have good options on cheep prices. But they are not on one policy.
They are not telling all the choices of return the items. They want the customers to keep the many on the wallet.

I'm a regular customer I shop more than twice a week at brands for less from all branches. Today I was shopping as usual and I was informed that brand tchibo has 50% off on all clothing including the yellow barcode/ tag I doubled check on the counter and they said yes it is included. So I spent almost 2 hours shopping when I went to pay all yellow tag didn't give 50% they said sorry they just change it and now we can't give 50% fir yellow tags!!! Really after me spending two hours!!! The responsible called someone and asked to just give 5 minutes plus so I can get my stuff but noooo. I left half my stuff there. What a waste of time!

I went there feb13 in the afternoon to purchase a pair of Adidas squat shoes that were on sale (aed 59), unfortunately they didn't have my size so I asked the young gentlemanto assist me with getting a size 42 which he did.

The problem started as the size 42 had a different size, so I informed him that the size 43 and 41 had the same price so it only makes sense that the other size has the same price which he agreed.

He approached his manager to inform her she sent her to someone, and was sent to another person and another all the while I was waiting. I asked one of the ladies who seemed to be the team leader and she brushed me off telling me that the size on offer are select and that's it.

Then one manager asked me to come later coz they had to change the price now it's 45mns and I'm confused as to what's going on and why I'm by treated like this. A simple issue being handled in such a way. Was it because I am a black customer because they seemed to give more attention to other clients and their issues as I was dismissed.

If this is how you treat black customers, I will gladly highlight this on social media and on all feedback platforms.

The offer for the shoes was for the shoe not the shoe size.. I'm really upset because I was forced to buy a size I don't all because of staff that didn't care to understand or listen, and treated my request like it was rubbish worse off racially profiled.

The stuff were very cheap but for the quality I want to rate as 4.3 it is really nice expacialy for child

The name speak for itself...lots of quality brand items at very low price. I loved hunting branded items on a cheap price.
