By accident, one tester bottle of perfume which was priced at 140 broke. Almost 1/6 0f the bottle was remaining. The staff forced me to pay 100 dirhams stating company policy. I didn't want to argue having family with me. I was ready to pay 30-50 Aed for the loss but didn't expect 100. No where there were any signs stating the same. Just avoid this place. The price is much better online at other retailers.

Very bad and rude costumer service i bought a parfume they sell it to me broken 7 minutes later i comeback to change it gerare called the manger and he said we can’t change it. This is not fair paying 197 dirham for parfum and not using it at all thez even trough it in trash i ll never buy again from that store you deserve 0 star not even 1.
