Mother due out of hospital was at hers house to check all ok when stair lift refused to work - called David of D&T on a Sunday apologised in a message asking for a next day response.? He called straight back and talked me through a simple on the spot fix - all now working correctly - Thank you for such service we are very grateful to you for helping out.

Dave got my stairlift working for me about 2 years ago, and all working fine until last weekend when my inquisitive great grandson decided to have a play on it, and after he left I found a fault displayed on it. My son phoned Dave foe some advice, and within 10 minutes he came back to my son and talked him through resetting the lift. Excellent service. Thank you so much Dave! Highly recommended

Called D&T as my mother had been in hospital for 4 weeks and wasn’t going to be able to manage the stairs on her return home.
They visited on the Thursday, had great knowledge of the products available and provided detailed advice as to what would suit the property and my mother best.
They really went the extra mile and actually installed the stairlift on the Saturday morning so as to allow my mother to return home on the Monday.
First class installation, no mess, and at a more than reasonable price.
Thanks again for going above and beyond, I genuinely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your company and services to anyone.

As a family we have no reservations in giving this company a genuine 5 star rating.
We have been reliant on D and T mobility for quite some years.My mother’s stairlift was installed under a lease arrangement by the company which has worked well for us.Dave has always been ready and willing to respond quickly and efficiently to call outs.On occasions my mother’s call to D and T was based on confusion and there being nothing wrong with the lift. Dave recognised this as potential problem with an ageing person and never complained - for this we will be forever grateful.Dave is a true professional and this is reflected in his standard of work.Never any mess and the few problems that we have encountered have always been resolved quickly.
As a consequent of fall ,a long stay in hospital and the general difficulties in getting suitable home care package we have had to accept the only option of placing my mother in a nursing home.
As a consequence we had to cancel the contract with D and T Mobility.No problems ,no additional charges and the lift was removed by Dave at an agreed time.
We would like to wish Dave and his associates all the best for the future. As is likely the case we will need a stairlift in the future it will be D and T Mobility who we will be looking to.

David came to see us to explain in detail how the stairlift would be installed and the type that would suit the property.It was very urgent because dad was due out of Hospital in a few days. David installed a fantastic looking Acorn Stairlift in only a few hours and demonstrated its use and helped mum understand how to use it. It has been fantastic,reasonably priced, installed well, and David went through all the safety issues. A brilliant job.. i would highly recommend this Company. Suzanne Gardner

I dont write many reviews, however, as i read reviews before using this gentleman i think ill make an exception. My uncles (94) lift had broken down, clearly a major mechanical fault as it made a noise like a machine gun, gearbox was kaput! It was Friday before bank holiday Monday, could get no one out who phoned except David who I found on google. Explained all options from replacement gearbox to completely new machine and decided to go for a "nearly new" set up. He called on the Friday and fitted on the Sunday of bank holiday weekend, extremely professional extremely fair and obviously a principled guy. If anyone has concerns about this guys work or his integrity i can assure you not to worry. Highly recommended.
