There's a post office a few doors down that's open all the time, but when Mr postman decides he won't knock on the door my parcels get sent back here, where they're only open between 8-2, I work from 6-4 so it's useless.

What's the point in a timed, signed, or first class delivery if the post office holds your parcel for a week?

I can't express how much I hate this absolute lack of service. What delivery service exactly am I paying for if I have to go get my own post myself?

Came here twice since Tuesday to collect my parcel. Each day it was closed or nobody was in. Open very few hours and on top of that closing early every single time I come in there....? Ridiculous.

Not open AGAIN on time staited. This is the second time this week it has happened. Today is Wednesday 17th May @ 12:30. And again its CLOSED should be opened till 2pm

Office is festooned with hand written warnings to the public. Used to open at the most ridiculous hours and closed midday - obviously to make it as awkward as possible for the public. Staff curt and unhelpful. Mostly have to go there to pick up parcels where the postmen or women haven't knocked on the door. Don't have this problem with other couriers - only Royal Mail. Quicker it's privatise the better - only no one in their right mind would buy it. Let them go on strike - no one will notice!

Not even open in the hours stated online or on their door. Showed up at 8:50 on Thursday with no one inside. How is anyone supposed to collect their parcels with these type of opening hours anyway?? 8am-10am on a weekday?? Absolutely awful. My parcel has a prescription inside that I need as well. Do better please!

This is actually the worst postal service I have ever experienced. Rude staff, opening/closing times always changing. Not one to complain, but service has a lot of improvement to do.

CONSTRUCTIVE ADVICE TO MANAGERS OF THIS OFFICE.... From the perspective of a a customer who is trying to collect a parcel from this building, but has arrived out of hours i.e. during your lunch break... the building basically looks derelict, big signs saving 'no post office service here' a map on the 'post office' building saying you've 'moved' in massive letters, a dusty old A4 sheet showing opening times, but without a year written on it (the sheet of A4 looks like it was put in the window a decade ago, so you don't assume it relates to 2021). In short, this building looks like it closed down decades ago. I assumed the 'no post office services' basically meant 'we're closed' and followed the map to the post office within a local convenience shop, only to totally waste my time and be told that the building that screams -'we closed years ago' is actually in service. All it would take is someone in the 'collections building' to actually think about the service they offer from a customers perspective, make the window of your office look 'lived in'. Put a poster in the window that relates to something within the last century, just give some kind of indication that at some point you provide a service from your building, rather than just a series of really scrappy looking handwritten sheets and an 'opening times' sheet without a year stated. This place doesn't look like a functioning business, it looks like a place someone died in 10 years and whose body has yet to be found decaying next to the fireplace - but apart from that, excellent work Royal Mail;)
