No Smile offers since long, as smile instrument is not working at broccoli store. Very disappointed on service also. Other broccoli stores are better.

Relly it’s very bad to order and after long time the restaurant rejecte your order, and no one answers the phone!! There is no respect for customers!!

Nowadays the pizza quality and taste is not good as it was earlier in many shops in their chain. Ordered pizza on smiles app at this outlet On 22-01-2023, said no cheese for smiles offer, without smiles (1+1 promo) cheese available for pizza

unfortunately the food was so bad, it was difficult to eat it. In all their dishes, they use 'smoked' meat. which is SO salty and strong is overpowers the whole dish. We ordered 3 different dishes. i hate to waste food so i normally get it packed. I decided to only get 1 packed and most of the other dish went to waste. the next day i heated up the one we packed and it tasted actually rotten. straight to bin. i would defy anyone to actually consume a whole dish. absolutely terrible food and will never ever return. The guy serving us was nice - but food was so bad that its put me off forever from that place.

They received the order and the payment.
Then they went to sleep .
Their help centre provide every thing but not help.
The teach how to be ignored by help centre.
They only dance when hearing the phone rings but not to pickup .
They open 24 hrs to sell illusion only. Making money without selling any thing.

Restaurant refuse to complete orders made through smile apps , first say meat lasagne item is unavailable and when I choose chicken then they say they don’t sell any combos even though it’s in their menu in all apps

I ordered via Zomato and I was unsatisfied as there are many ingredients missing in my pizza.
