I had a Visit at Broccoli Pizza & Pasta Shakbout City, Abu Dhabi. The food quality was good specially Fried Potatoes. the place was also good for having lunch or dinnner

Worst restaurant ever, an insult to Italian cuisine. No doubt an American franchise. My wife called them to place a takeaway order whilst on her way there, and the person who answered the phone call told her that they’re only taking cash. I’m pretty sure it’s not store policy, as not to have a running card machine in the second quarter of the year 2022. Incidentally, she tells him fine, cancel the order, as she doesn’t have any cash on her. Nonetheless, he tells her “no no, you can come on over, we have machine”. It’s probably a sleazy way of trying to get a tip. Lo and behold, the card machine is up and running, and as soon as she opens the Pasta, a hair is found ironically on a piece of Broccoli. Quite fitting I must say.

Worst restaurant ever . I ordered omelette with orange juice for my son at 2:55 am 15/08/2022. The indian guy who was working there gave us a used half bottle of orange and scrambled eggs full of oil + no spoon or fork to eat. As you can see in the picture. I'll report this incident to Abu Dhabi municipality to take action against this unclean and unhealthy restaurant

It was good. I have tried pasta from many broccoli branches but this one from Shakbhout adnoc station, was not the best.

Food is fine .. but not great
The service is not professional at all. The staff are not warring professionally and the kitchen look dirty an not organised
And it’s the only place I know in Abu Dhabi still dealing with cash

Ordered chicken caesar salad, delicious & fresh and their crouton bread is superb
Staff are really friendly as well

The worst delivery service ever, out of 10 or more orders for the past few months, i received what i ordered 2 times only
They use to deliver wrong order details and tonight was a very bad one
It is unfair to rate them with one star, they should not get one.

the Firt time i buy broccoli it was amazing the lady assist me name novo was very good and excelent taste the one she reccomend me i like it too much that time i always buy bcause i realy like it the way she. do but today we try the smile buy one take one we just try but the other lady who do my pasta i feel shes not ok slow performance and i feel bad this time i dont know if shes only tired or what she dont even smile not good service this time and i always take away they put in the paper bag i dont know because of promotion or what its in the plastic like i buy somewhere ????
