The owner is the absolute rudest man I have ever had the displeasure to meet and does everything he can to avoid providing any service that doesn't involve you handing him cash, like parcel drop offs. I cannot understand how on earth he is still trading.

To say the man behind the counter has 0 person skills would be being nice....went to get my voucher from eon scanned unfortunately didn't work but my god if I wasn't the kind of person I was I'd have said something about his manners

The man behind the counter always asks if i will buy anything from the shop in a very rude manner whenever i go there to pay my council tax. He acts like ive never bought anything from the shop while i did while not even paying for any bills! Shop is extremly dirty and ugly inside would not recommend to anyone.

Very rude shopkeeper, always says the paypoint machine is broke when topping up electric. Also used for postal services recently and was very rude again, would much rather walk to the post office in WHSmith where the staff are much more pleasant.

This is a 0 star review. I don’t even know where to begin with the faults of this shop. The man and woman who work there have terrible customer service skills. I’ve walked in to a strong smell of cannabis as if being smoked in the back, they have their baby at the tills screaming half the time, they overcharge on products like tobacco (amber leaf in Morrison’s is £13.50. In this shop it’s £14.50), they regularly turn the fridges off so the milk ends up going off and I have mistakingly bought off milk a few times now from there. Once there was a queue for the shop part and he was on the post office part serving customer after customer telling the shop customers that they can wait and finally I’ve found both the woman and the man extremely rude on multiple occasions. Never again will I be using this store and I’ll be recommending to everyone I know to go elsewhere. Absolute disgrace.
