The decor of this place is fabulous. I really liked it. The staff were very friendly and the service was fast. We ordered Dynamite Shrimps, Miami burger (beef burger), and a Las Vegas burger (fried chicken burger). I really enjoyed their interpretation of the dynamite shrimp, but I think they can take it easy with the batter ????(there was too much of it). Both burgers were nothing special. They were almost tasteless, which is weird considering how many items were included in the burger. The menu is limited and pricey.
I might come back to see how the interior of the place looks in day time ????.

Burger trip one of the few places that can serve appetizers, main courses and appealing desserts. For the people who prefer to be at the same spot for a proper meal this is it. Suitable for family or friends gatherings.

We tried as a starter the cheesy cigar and they were amazing with amazing dip
New York style beef burger with Jalapeños (epic!)
LA Chicken burger crunchy and yummy!!
Quick service and great atmosphere. Burger size was great for value and completely filling.

First time in Burger Trip, I went for Burger and I ordered three meals for two persons, it was good. Also the atmosphere is cool and staff is friendly.

Wonderful place with lovely decor. We sat next to an amazing map of Roma which was very nicely detailed. The food was delicious but it did have a few minor flaws. There were a lot of Cheeto surrounded dishes which we didn’t like since spicy food aren’t very favorable in our opinion. On the topic of spicy food, we ordered the Dragon Fly and we were told that it wasn’t spicy. Oh to our surprise when the spicy part hit. But overall, it’s a great place to dine in with others. Would come again. ????

It's depressing and disappointing the side of a burger they call "Abu Dhabi"!
It's similar to a baby hand size
One and a half bites ????
They charges 25AED
Moreover, it's normal burger
Doesn't worth it

We chose MacGregor & Smith over a large national well-known company and are so glad we did. The genuinely caring, compassionate, personal and supportive way Jim and his family helped us through this most horrible time was beyond what we could have expected. The memorial services which Fraser conducted were beautiful and even the hugs he gave us at the end were just so comforting. We'd never had to arrange a funeral before and Jim and his family were simply outstanding, supporting and guiding us every step of the way. They are even helping us find a stonemason for the memorial stone which they don't have to do. It would be easy for them to become clinical doing this day in day out, but they are most definitely not that. You can tell when someone genuinely cares and Jim and his family do and we could not recommend them enough. Even our wider family said it was the most touching and beautiful funeral they'd attended, and that was down to Jim and his team. Our family will now be using them going forward.

Date of death on sisters funeral plaque on coffin was wrong , felt a bit like the right hand didnt know what the left hand was doing. Place could do with a refurb and room where the deceased rests is awful doors all scuffs and scrapes , wouldnt use ever again in the future. This review was from sisters funeral in august 2020 in the coatbridge branch

I cannot thank Jim, Frazer, Anne and the rest of the family on the way we were treated as a family when my dad suddenly passed away last August. We were at a loss as this was sudden and they made sure we understood and was listened to and respected from the minute they turned up to my mums house that morning to collect him. Jim was never off the phone making sure we were supported and to keep us up to date. He kept to his word and delivered the service on the date he told us. He even accommodated moving it a day so it didn’t interfere with what would have been mum and dads wedding anniversary. Dad looked just like what he would have, his coffin had added extras that we didn’t ask for but Jim knew his background and added these as a special thing.
The service... over 350-400 people turned up for my dads funeral and each and everyone will comment on how person centred it was from the minute we arrived. The service lasted the full 1 hour making sure that Frazer added all aspects of his life funny and factual. This has been and probably will be the best (if there can be one) funeral I and all attending have ever been to. I wish for some reason I had it recorded it to look back on as it was so heartwarming and I know my dad “Sammy” will have been watching down with a vodka in hand toasting us ????
Thanks so much MacGregor & Smith you done the Irons family proud that day and it won’t ever go un-forgotten ❤️

The McGregor family provide an excellent service we didn’t have to worry about a thing they took care of everything and more.. Fraser himself took the service and he certainly gave it the personal touch.. I’m so pleased we decided to go with them you honestly couldn’t meet a nicer family. I would highly recommend them to anyone..

Amazing service! Can't thank the MacGregor family enough for everything they did for us.

Having to bury our Brother and Dad 8 weeks apart was devastating for us but Jim, Fraser, Anne and Fergus MacGregor eased our burden and held us together by taking care of both funeral services and giving both my Dad and Brother the most special, unique and fantastic send-offs that we could've ever imagined! I never realised that there were so many ways that you can personalise a funeral and make it a truly special and memorable day that for us perfectly celebrated my Dad and Brother's amazing lives. I can't believe we got all of this for half the price that other companies were quoting.

No task was too big and our family were treated like part of the family with respect and compassion throughout.

I would highly recommend that anyone in need of a funeral director should contact the MacGregor family.

Words cannot reflect how truly genuine and loving this family are.

A big thanks to Jim and Anne for organising everything from start to finish . We were treated like family and they could not do enough to help at this extremely sad time . Jim and Fraser took on board what we wanted . They carried the service out perfectly and it was so suited to my mum . We cannot thank Fraser enough for his kinds words . These will stay with me and all the family forever . We again want to extend our thanks to all of you at Macgregor & Smith for the care and Attention to detail . We would recommend this family company to anyone in need of a Funeral Director .

On May 2018 I had the unfortunate task of burying my son. The experience and process of having to do this was made much easier by the MacGregor family. This family went above and beyond their duty to make this very sad day easier for myself and my family. I cannot thank you's enough for what you did for us. I would highly recommend this family for any funeral. Thanks guys you were amazing.
