I found this looking for a public bathroom in Norwich. Google directions led me to the 4th floor entrance to the Castle Quarter shopping centre. The toilets are on floor 2 right near the exit / car park. The regular toilets were very nice and clean and I saw the accessible one also being cleaned while there so cleanliness seems to be a high priority. I just wanted to share exactly where it is as other public bathrooms nearby were listed as temporarily closed and maps takes you to the nearest entrance to the building I think.
