The place is clean. Very fast service. Good food with very accommodating service from the staff. Food order and payment were made easy thru online option. Will visit the place again for a burger ???? fix.

Food was delicious and wow ????.. i ordered truffle beef burger .. wa7sh French fries ???? .. mojito .. classic beef burger ???? and vanilla donut ???? .. all were perfect ???????? and nice ????????.. the staff was friendly and helpful and recommended for me the best seller.. the order toke only 10 minutes and it was ready.. parking is available and the location easy to reach.. I deeply recommend and good luck ????

Burger 28 had a discount on Talabat so decided to try it in Abu Dhabi.

I ordered, the 28 burger and the Classic burger meal. Order came really fast and the food was hot. Patties are made of smashed Angus beef, supper juicy and tender. Simply delicious ????

For desert, I ordered Kinder cookies, honestly, not all that great.

Overall, delicious burgers but the prices are high $$$ in my view compared to others in the market.

Was very delicious but a/c ist too bad and the place is too small.. The stuff is very nice and kind.. I will eat definitely again here with a better air-conditioning hopefully.

Food was so good! Their burger patties are not dry, even the smashed ones. Very flavorful, too! Too bad their dining space is small, but otherwise service is great. Would eat in again.

For Filipinos, the Burger28 sauce tastes a lot like the yum burger/burger machine sauce ????

Worst experience ever! I received rotten bread bun and the chicken wasn’t cooked well. Please avoid this restaurant as it might give you illness!!

From the activities to the entertainment, this place is incredible!

I have been holidaying at Haven since i was a child, and my children love it as much as i do! This is probably my favourite park (i love them all, but this one is probably at the top!)

Every single team in the place is happy! The security is polite and friendly, and the activities are great and easy to book. The entertainment team was fabulous and really hardworking. They managed to keep my 4 tear old engaged, which isn't the easiest of tasks!

The park is spotless, and i haven't seen one piece of rubbish anywhere in the park!

Love the water park! Great for both kids - my 1 year old (the splash zone was perfect for him he loved walking around and splashing), and the slides were great fun for my 4 year old, too!

We had an amazing 4 day break.
The caravan we got once arrived,was absolutely beautiful,so clean and maintained to a very high standard.
Restaurant was so lovely. Food and drinks prices were very reasonable and food so tasty.
Pool/ slides amazing and lots of children's play areas.
Arcades were so much fun.
Bar/ entertainment were amazing and we had such amazing nights out.

Had a 4 night stay, and overall enjoyed our trip.

The caravans are good enough but there are some issues. The biggest of which is the ant problem. We had to throw out our food because ants got into the cupboard and from then on we stored all the food in the fridge.

The venue itself is very good. The water park is great fun with slides and the staff were all friendly. However, Burger King didn't open all holiday and the soft play wasn't always open when we expected it to be.

As for location. The beach adjacent to the site is great. We loved it.

Great Yarmouth is past its best and not looking too great. Parking is expensive, but there is a cheap bus service from Havens.

Travelling in and out of Great Yarmouth during rush hour is a nightmare.

In summary, it's one of the better Havens, but Great Yarmouth isn't the best seaside town.

Booked a week's holiday for our grandchildren. Caravan was spotless, spacious and had all needs met, including a dishwasher and washing machine, which allowed parents and grandparents to relax too!
Park was spotlessly clean, well organised and the staff were helpful and fun
Security system on the gate allows just those who have paid to stay, to get onto the park and makes you feel safer with young children.
There are outdoor parks, amusement arcades and everything you could want for your family holiday, some additional charges for activities.

The drinks in the marine lounge were well priced. Entertainment was good and allowed the children to let their hair down and burn off any extra energy, they had left from their days out.

Didn't use the swimming pool as we were off site everyday, this can be booked, along with any recreational activities, via the haven app.

Lovely site, very close to the town centre and food shops, along with rides and beach, so everything you could possibly wish for

There is a bus that pulls up outside the site which will take you to pier and rides for up to £7 per day for a family, so good value, please bear in mind this is for 2 adults and 3 children for this price.

My granddaughters are already asking for us to book again for next year! Highly recommended, Haven have exceeded our expectations!! Well done to all the staff and thank you for making our first holiday with grandchildren so relaxing, enjoyable and memorable.

Coast House is very expensive. I always expect to pay a bit more at this sort of place but £13.49 for Steak and Ale pie was a rip off. Pie was mainly crust and there was at most 7 forkfuls of mash. Cost us over £60 for 3 main meals and 3 pints of cider. They do an £18 deal for 2 mains but most of them have supplements anyway. Would recommend eating elsewhere.

Caravan was mostly clean but there was dust behind the doors and the seating and there were some very suspect stains on the quilts.

Staff were very friendly and there was plenty to do around the place. Road train was useful for getting into Great Yarmouth.

I love seashore been coming here since I was a kid got loads of love for it and wanted to share all that with my children but I was so disappointed with the way the caravan was left don’t get me wrong with the caravan was lovely apart from Poo, being on the adults, bedsheets and duvet cover. And then on our check out day we got rudely woken up at 7:15 to 730 in the morning with people saying they were coming to remove our balcony/decking. We had to ask them can they weight till 8 o’clock so the children up and we could get them breakfast. They were very rude to us so we put in a complaint about that. Still not heard anything as much as I love it here I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this park again very disappointed in the customer service and how they are treated us on this holiday

The only weird issue I had with this site is, it doesn't seem to be situated good. As in the entertainment, shop, arcades, pool. Are all away from any parking near by. So as a disabled customer. I really had to figure out where to park with the least walking. Other Haven sites like in Yorkshire had a row of entertainment, pub, arcades, shop all in a row with parking out front. Easy access is key.

Staff are very friendly and mark did a fantastic job cleaning our caravan. The only negative thing I found was the portion size of the the curry in the restaurant with 2 pieces of chicken in sauce with a handful of chips and charge £12. I would definitely recommend the road train our daughter loved it and they gave her lollipop and sit in the cab. I would highly recommend this site.
