Went to go shopping today with my 11 week old twins. There are NO twin trolleys. When I enquired in store I was told they were got rid off due to vandalism and not being replaced. This is now preventing me from shopping here. I don't want to do online shopping getting out and about is good not only.for my health by the twins health!
Poor service.

A couple of reasons, I had a shopping voucher on my mobile for £30 which I tried to use at the check-out, but it couldn't be read from my phone. I was advised to 'buy' the groceries using my credit card, which I obviously didn't want to do as I had £30 credit to use. Eventually as I insisted on using the voucher the helpful customer services sorted this. Secondly I tried ordering 3 storage boxes which showed as being in stock @ Hayle. I bought the requisite vouchers against these, only to find on check-out that in fact only one box was available, so I had purchased 3 x the amount of discounted vouchers (Sodexo) as necessary.

Clean and tidy when we went. We wanted freshly baked pasties from Rowes in store. The man at the counter advised us they would be another 10 minutes, so we did our other shopping. We returned to the Rowes counter to find our pasty order had been bagged up, ready for us to collect.
On using the self-service tills, we found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

As a supermarket it's OK ! We all have our off days and I think I must have experienced one of ASDA's. I had cause to return some "vine tomatoes" which upon opening the packet I found them to be 90% bad (bruised n split) I managed to salvage one only.
Against my normal character I decided to return them, as they were within date and had only been purchased the day before.
I took them to Customer Service - (mistake) I would add these tomatoes were appalling! CS very dismissively took the bad packet tossed them onto a back shelf and said "go and get another pack" - no please, thank you, apology or the least bit concern.
I didn't travel back to this store for replacement or refund but to suggest they inspect the "fresh" produce they are selling a little more thoroughly. My mistake; I should have insisted on seeing a Manager. Needless to say I will not buy fruit n veg prods from ASDA any time soon.
Hope that this hasn't come across too strong, it's not my style.

Really good store. It does absolutely everything. Food and clothing quality is really good. Cafe is nice too. Lots of parking and shop is wheelchair accessible. Worth having a look. Love this store

95% of the staff are lovely & pleasant, however some lack manners and are exceptionally unfriendly/rude on several occasions now (especially to younger people in store!).

Convenient superstore in a great location, good selection of everything, could also find all schools uniform for my children's.

The shelves were a little bit bare in places when we went there but still had a good range of products.
