Be sure to ask who will carry out your treatment! Have used them several times and will now never return. As a gift I got my partner an aromatherapy massage. The male masseuse proceeded to give her a sports massage and try to up sell her future treatments because he was a trained physio. She repeatedly expressed the pain he was putting her in and was told 'it'll be better in a few days', he did not stop after multiple requests. She is now struggling to walk, that's NOT what I would call relaxing and she wasn't there for sports treatment.

After calling and asking to speak to a manager to give feedback the owner opened with 'What are you selling' then proceeded to be dismissive of the complaint. All anyone wants when complaining is to feel like they are being listened to and being taken seriously. He does not care, he just repeatedly said 'I'm sorry to hear that' instead of 'I'm so sorry you had a bad experience this is what I will do to make sure that doesn't happen again'.

It's a real shame as some of the staff are great, however some are terrible and the owner couldn't care less.

I have has the most awful experience here, having my eyebrows threaded and the therapist (Noreen) has taken half my eyebrows off. I told her I was nervous as I was used to a fantastic place in London and asked her to not take much off and she has left me with nothing. They won't grow back for 4-6 weeks and I have to look like a fool at work now. Awful time.

The Ladies here are fantastic. I had a nail emergency and they managed to fit me in and get my nail repaired to match my others.
I will definitely go back again for another treatment.

The Pure Spa team are absolutely amazing. The quality and range of treatments are fantastic. It is a brilliant atmosphere and very welcoming. I would thoroughly recommend a visit to Pure Spa to anyone who is looking for a fabulous experience.

Nice & professional staff, good location. I have been there twice and I will come back. The relaxing massage really does its job.

Fabulous Practitioner only downside for some is Spa is in Garden Room in back of her residence which means you pass through the house to get there.

BEWARE!!! My Wife went here as a free gift and was awarded with an £80 fine from the parking firm. Incompetent or what?
