completely useless - 3 years of arguing and chasing to get them to just agree to complete the repairs they are responsible for. That is just for them to accept to it, not actually do it - that is another 5 months and still chasing them. Get better use out of them if you burnt the office to the ground and used the ashes.

Absolutely shocking. Probably the worst Council I've ever dealt with. They aren't interested in helping their own residents or keeping their residents in Cardiff. Get more help from other Councils out of Wales. Cardiff Council are ignorant, unhelpful and a waste of time and I will be glad to see the back of them and not live in their Council anymore. Happily pay tax elsewhere.

ZERO STARS! An absolute scam. Don't bother visiting the nice modern office you paid for. No face to face. Expect no matter what option you choose on the automated line to be the wrong one after waiting 20 minutes. Don't expect to speak to someone from the UK. And expect to wait 20 to 30 minutes only for the phone to disconnect. It will tell you every 30 seconds to use the online contact ways but they take 7 to 10 days to get back to you and will more than likely not answer the question you've asked. Finally, why is there garbage all over my street, potholes, zero parking and the drains not working? A scam. Scamming people WHO WORK out of their money to give to the less outgoing, foreign sort.

Ordered green recycling bags many times over the last 6 months or more and none have been delivered! I live on my own and have a disability so am unable to collect the bags myself. Why are they not being delivered any more?

Their Cardiff Works "Project" is an out and out lie. It's a huge time waste for job seekers.

It's some WAG-inspired wild goose chase that leads the out of work down more blind alleys of dashed hope.

There's no work, no positions and they haven't got a glut of roles just waiting to be filled.

The disruption the new bike lanes and the ones being built up Cathays terrace and Allensbank Road is mindblowing. You have created bottle necks for traffic so now even off peak hours traffic is always built up. You have now taken parking away from a large section of Allensbank Road while road works are going on, leading to elderly and disabled residents a massive inconvenience. My friends 87 year old mother cannot visit her doctors on Cathays terrace as they cannot park outside for her to get out. In addition my partners mother on Allensbank Road now cannot have family visit. I am, myself, struggling to find parking on my street and the residents round here are outraged. We are fed up with the council putting their own agenda and vested interests ahead of residents' needs. Disgraceful.

Absolute b*stards! If you try and complain they will ignore or deliberately misunderstand your complaint and address something totally different. Ignorant staff even worse the higher up they are! Real sk*nts that simply want to squeeze, harass and menace money from the people that they claim to be working for! Public service?! What a lot of bollox!
